Blackbox Zero Terms of Service

Effective Date: 9/1/25

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of the Executive AI Risk Briefing + Action Plan (“Service”) from Blackbox Zero LLC (“Consultant,” “we,” “us”). By clicking “I Agree,” you accept these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service includes one 2-hour virtual executive briefing, risk action checklist, and summary presentation with recommendations. No ongoing advisory, implementation, or audit services are included.

2. Payment

The fee is $995+tax and is payable in full at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Scheduling & Delivery

Sessions must be scheduled at the time of purchase. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $250 reschedule fee. If you fail to attend, the session is considered delivered.

4. Confidentiality

We will treat all information shared during the session as confidential. You agree to keep any provided materials confidential and use them only for internal purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of Blackbox Zero LLC. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally.

6. Scope of This Service

The Executive AI Risk Briefing + Action Plan is an educational and strategic guidance session. It is intended to introduce key AI governance concepts, provide a high-level risk overview and suggest practical next steps your organization may pursue independently.

This Service does not constitute legal representation, tax advice, financial advice, or regulatory filings specific to your organization. If you require formal regulatory advisory, compliance implementation, or audit-ready deliverables, those services are available as a separate consulting engagement with Blackbox Zero LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
